Refund policy

If you want to return something, you must initiate the return by emailing us at info@shoptrb.us. Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. Returns will be given store credit only via Digital gift card to your email on file. All item(s) returned/exchanged must be free of stains and orders, have tag(s) still attached and original receipt or gift receipt (paper, text or email). All clearance items and pre-orders are final sale. Store credit does not expire. However, we do not keep track of it. Return/exchange exception: Thanksgiving-January 15 we will accept returns/exchanges for store credit only.
